Privacy
All information submitted to Cuvee Kitchen Apparel is confidential and will never be given, sold or distributed to anyone at anytime. 

Guarantee:
If you are not at all happy with the items we sold you, you may return them for a full refund as long as the items do not show wear, use or stains. Shipping costs not refundable.

Returns & Repairs: 
If you recieved items that have been damaged during shipping or have a visible defect, you may return them at no charge for exchange or refund. Please call for your return authorization number. All items returning to us without this number will be refused. 

Sales Tax:
Sales tax applies only to California residents. Tax rate is 7.375% 
Any other state you DO NOT pay sales tax.

Shipping:
You can specify your shipping method when placing your order. Orders are shipped within 7-10 business days (subject to availability, as shown on the product page) and depending on your location, and time of year. Delivery charges are calculated on a per-shipment basis and are charged at price shown in your shopping cart. We ship via UPS and US Mail from our facility, Nevada City, CA. Overnight and two-day shipping is available in which the cost will be reflected in your shopping cart.

What We Sell:
Every item listed on our site is fabricated by hand in the USA with genuine leather-suede. Our leather-suede products can vary in color tone and vividness as well as its thickness and stiffness. Leather-suede tanning practices cannot manufacture a product that is exactly the same each time.

Credit Card and Check Validation: 
All sales transactions are contingent on the positive identification and verification of credit card and checking information.
